1. Start by preparing your Matcha traditionally with hot water heated to 65˚C.
2. Add 1/2 tsp – 1 tsp. (1g-2g) to base of the cup and add 2oz of hot water.
3. Whisk with a matcha whisk, or any small whisk will do.
4. Add 5-6oz of hot milk or freshly steamed milk to your cup or bowl and sweeten to taste.
Iced Matcha Latte Recipe
1. Start by preparing your Matcha traditionally with hot water heated to 65˚C.
2. Add 1/2 tsp – 1 tsp. (1g-2g) to base of the cup and add 2oz of hot water.
3. Whisk with a matcha whisk, or any small whisk will do.
4. Fill a glass with ice and pour ¾ of the warm matcha liquid on the ice cubes.
5. Add 5-6oz of cold milk to your glass of ice.
6. Pour the rest of your matcha on top to create a swirl of colors.
7. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, honey, agave syrup and you can sprinkle cinnamon on top.
