Media.net is an exact clone of Adsense owned by Yahoo & Bing together. The disadvantage with Media.net is that their CPC and CPM values are lower as compared to AdSense. But they are known to pay very well if you have traffic from Tier 1 countries.
They offer all ad unit sizes like Adsense – Leaderboards, Skyscrapers, responsive ads, etc. Media.net has less strict requirements for acceptance.

There have never been issues with payments from Media.net and they are less likely to suspend accounts, as compared to adsense.

If you own a tech site, this can be extremely useful to you. Buy sell ads lets you sell your inventory for a fixed price. You can sell it on a monthly basis or a per impression basis. It’s your choice, BSA will take a cut of 20% and the rest of the revenue is yours. You have full control over the advertisers.
